Our associates are hand picked only after an internship experience with us. As a policy, we do not entertain direct applications for hiring associates, unless in exceptional circumstances.
We collaborate with Advocates across the country and work together to create value. Advocates are welcome to engage our services for their cases.

Internships
Students interested in working with us are required to submit an Internship Application online. After submitting the application, students are assigned a Research Query and expected to submit a Research Memo within three days.
Applications are shortlisted on the basis of the answers given in the Internship Application and the quality of the Research Memo.
Before applying for an internship, students are advised to read our Internship Manual to understand our culture and align with our values.
